ibnchannel.id – The role of the Hanura Party in Bali has so far contributed to maintaining a conducive, respectful, and ethical political atmosphere. Hanura Bali has also demonstrated an open attitude toward collaborating with various parties, including the regional government, for the advancement of Bali.
This was conveyed by the Governor of Bali, Wayan Koster, who is also the Chairman of the Bali Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI Perjuangan), in front of participants of the 4th Regional Conference (Musda) of the People’s Conscience Party (Hanura) of Bali Province, held on Monday (August 11) afternoon at The Trans Resort Bali, Badung.
“Thank you for Hanura’s support so far. Synergy and collaboration between Hanura and the Bali Provincial Government have been well established in building Bali together,” said the governor from Sembiran Village, Buleleng.
Governor Koster welcomed the holding of the 4th Regional Conference of the Hanura Party of Bali Province, which carried the theme “Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali Toward an Empowered Region and a Prosperous Indonesia.” Koster stated that the theme was in line with his vision for Bali’s development under his leadership.
“The theme aligns with the current vision of Bali’s development, namely Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali, to realize the welfare and happiness of the Balinese people while preserving the sanctity and harmony of Bali’s nature and all its contents. In fact, the Bali Provincial Government has created the Bali Development Guidelines for the Next 100 Years – The New Bali Era 2025–2125,” he explained.
The long-term development vision of Bali Province is outlined in Bali Provincial Regulation No. 4 of 2023. This document serves as the main reference for planning and implementing Bali’s development for the next 100 years, with the goal of making Bali advanced, competitive, and sustainable.
“Preserving Bali and its culture means sustaining its practitioners so that the culture can continue to be well maintained. This is a serious focus in Bali’s development through the 100-Year Bali Guidelines. It is highly comprehensive because it covers all aspects of basic human needs — nature, people, and culture. If this is implemented consistently by future Bali leaders, then Bali will become even more advanced,” he emphasized.
For this, strong and solid synergy is required — synergy between the regional government, political parties, community organizations, academics, business actors, and all components of society.
“Let us think together about Bali’s future development. We must move forward together. The participation of all parties is essential for the future development of Bali,” he added.
On this occasion, Governor Koster expressed his hope that Hanura Bali’s Musda would run smoothly and in a conducive manner. He emphasized that it is not merely about being trusted as Hanura Bali’s chairman but also about the responsibility to further increase contributions to Bali’s development.
“Let us make this Musda a momentum to unite our steps. The Bali Provincial Government is ready to work with all political parties, including Hanura, to realize fair and sustainable development,” he said.
Meanwhile, the General Chairman of Hanura’s Central Executive Board (DPP), Oesman Sapta, in his remarks, appreciated and praised Governor Koster’s leadership in governing Bali. According to him, Koster has made many breakthroughs for the development and welfare of the Balinese people.***
