ibnchannel.id – InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) presents Mandalika Suka-Suka, a new community festival that blends music, art, culinary experiences, and local culture as part of a strategy to strengthen the connection between The Mandalika and the local community.
The inaugural Mandalika Suka-Suka event will be held on August 31, 2025, in the Deluxe Class parking area of the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, featuring top national musicians such as Happy Asmara, Ndarboy Genk, and NDX AKA. The festival will combine entertainment with two main zones: Kampoeng Suka-Suka and Kampoeng Balap.
ITDC’s Director of Operations, Troy Warokka, explained that Mandalika Suka-Suka was born from a spirit of collaboration and community involvement.
“We designed Mandalika Suka-Suka not merely as a music concert, but as a creative community festival that fosters a sense of togetherness. It provides a platform where the people of NTB (West Nusa Tenggara), Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and creative communities can stand on equal ground.”
With a target of 10,000 visitors in one day, the festival is expected to drive the local economy by increasing MSME business turnover, creating job opportunities for local workers, and promoting NTB’s culture. In addition, Mandalika Suka-Suka will serve as a supporting attraction in the lead-up to upcoming sports tourism events such as the 2025 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia.
To ensure accessibility and inclusivity, Mandalika Suka-Suka tickets are priced affordably. Ticket sales begin on July 25, 2025, with an Early Bird price of Rp60,000 valid until August 11, 2025. The price will increase to the Pre-Sale category at Rp125,000 during August 11–30, 2025.
For On-The-Spot purchases on August 31, 2025, tickets will be available at Rp175,000. This pricing strategy aims to boost public enthusiasm for early purchases while managing audience capacity comfortably. Tickets can be purchased online via the official platform loket.com and offline at the ITDC office in The Mandalika.
“We want Mandalika Suka-Suka to become an annual event eagerly anticipated not only by tourists but also by the people of NTB themselves. Through support and collaboration, we are optimistic this festival will become a symbol of regional pride and drive sustainable tourism,” he concluded.***
