ibnchannel.id – The 2025 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia presents a strategic opportunity for the public to directly participate in organizing the world’s most prestigious motorcycle racing event while honing internationally standardized work skills. Volunteer registration will be conducted offline from August 4–9, 2025, at the Dining Hall of Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, from 08:00 to 15:00 WITA daily. This opportunity is open to anyone interested in joining various divisions, including marshals, crowd control, security or stewards, waste management, cleaning service, media center, ticketing, hospitality, and administration.
Chairman of the 2025 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, Troy Warokka, stated that volunteer recruitment is not merely about fulfilling the event’s operational needs but also part of a strategy to build a local Human Resources (HR) ecosystem capable of working at the international level.
“We want to ensure that community involvement in this event not only supports smooth execution but also becomes a learning experience that shapes world-class work standards. This is our investment in local human capital to become more competent and ready to compete in the tourism and global event industries,” he said.
All volunteer candidates are required to bring a certificate of good conduct and a health certificate, maintain a clean, fresh, and neat appearance, and wear a white shirt and black trousers while on duty. For men, hair must be neatly styled and not long; for women, hair should be well-groomed. Additionally, wearing closed shoes is mandatory. Anyone entering the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit area by motorcycle is required to wear a helmet, following road safety regulations.
Some divisions have additional requirements. For hospitality, ticketing, and media center positions, candidates are expected to have English language proficiency. Meanwhile, qualifications for administration roles include owning a personal laptop and having technical skills in using Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
Volunteer registration is free of charge. The Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2025, which will be held from October 3–5, 2025, at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, is not only a global motorsport celebration but also a golden opportunity for the public to actively participate in hosting an international event while helping promote the tourism potential of West Nusa Tenggara to the world.
